More information about Willow Dene School

Willow Dene is a values-based learning community completely focused on building provision around the needs of each child and their family. We are a very happy community and aim to offer our families support to enable children to thrive, and enjoy living and learning.

"My name is Rachel Harrison and I am proud to be the Executive Head Teacher of Willow Dene. We are very proud of the work we do in Greenwich and it is our hope that we can expand this work for pupils who currently have to leave us at 16."

The sixth form will be designed with our children in mind. You will see this from the buildings themselves, specialist learning environments such as our swimming pool and sensory garden, the way that classrooms are furnished and resourced and how we meet the needs of individuals, with specialist equipment.

We are very proud of our school.  You can watch our own special 5-part Willow Dene documentary here: Part 1, Part 2, Part 3, Part 4, Part 5

Please use the Share Your Views facility to let us know your thoughts on providing Greenwich’s most complex 16- to 19-year-olds with the sixth form provision they need to become valued and valuable members of society.
